Staff roles and permissions

Shrinkage and cash mishandling start with loose access. Raad uses dual-list roles: cashiers are restricted to basic sales processing, while managers have overriding authority to approve cart deletions, process refunds, and view sensitive profit margins.

Sensitive actions require manager approval, and every action is logged against the staff member who made it, full operational transparency, so nothing happens without a trail.
